What is QuickPost?

QuickPost is a fintech company that offers secure and convenient payment solutions for individuals and businesses in Uganda. Our services include mobile money wallets, bank transfers, and payment processing.

How do I sign up for QuickPost?

To sign up for QuickPost, simply visit the Google Play Store and download the QuickPost app. Continue with the sign up process. You must be able to provide some basic information, proof of Nationality and create a password. Once you have completed the sign-up process, you will be contacted by our Customer Support Executive to walk you through our products and find you the most suitable products that suit your needs.

What types of payment methods does QuickPost accept?

QuickPost accepts payments from MNOs, banks and agent banking.

Is QuickPost secure?

Yes, QuickPost takes information security very seriously. We use encryption algorithms to protect sensitive data and processes, and we have authentication methods in place to ensure limited access to company and customer information and equipment.

What are the fees for using QuickPost?

What happens if I have a problem with a transaction?

If you have a problem with a transaction, please contact our support team. They will work with you to resolve any issues and make sure that your transaction is completed successfully.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds may take up to 48 working hours to process. Once our support team has verified the issue and obtained proof of the problem, they will instruct our IT support team to make the refund.

What happens when I forget my password/pin?

For matters of authenticity, we request you to contact support, please have your details ready before you reach out as it will save both of us a lot of time. This will be solved in 24 working hours.

How do I locate QuickPost agents or Service providers?

With use of our Mobile Applications, if you entered the right location the Agent Locator can show you nearest agents. Apart from deposits and withdraws, the agent might serve you immediately as some services or products will need approval your status.
